Santa Cruz is fun.

I went to hang out with the ever fun Danielle from Danielleorama.com yesterday and it was lovely!

When I got there, I got to buy some fabric from a real fabric store that wasn't Joanns. It was fun. I could have wondered around this shop for a million hours and spent tons of money. Luckily I was gonna drink so I tried not to spend a bunch of money.

After we went there, we ended up getting some coffee and walking around all of the fancy shops in Santa Cruz. There were lots of strange people and cool clothes. I wish I had more money cause I would have bought a ton of dresses. After coffee we had a gross dinner of Indian food, and walked to the bar. They told me it was a bar that only had beer and wine and maybe margaritas. I totally don't drink beer so it was weird to me and we got some tiny bottles of liquor and did shots in the bathroom. It was totally fun.

We had lots of fun. I stayed overnight and Danielle and her husband were nice enough to let me, and we played a video game where I had to play the drums and I sucked at it. I think it was called rock band.

Today Danielle and I had some fancy breakfast and dished about plush artists. It is fun getting to sit and talk with someone who really knows what I am going through with my art and also who knows how people treat stuffed toys. It was also neat to see that someone else thought the same about a lot of things. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next, she has some crazy talent, and I am always impressed with what she comes up with :D

I had a great time and am glad I went down there before I moved!
