I am strange I think.

So I am totally rocking the c.d. player right now. I have sort of owned it and when people look at me strange I give them a look like yeah whatevs I like the mid nineties what about it? It is fun. I do hate the skipping though. It sucks. I don't know what my problem is though cause 1. the thing skips. and 2. the sound sucks. But hey, I am totally all about retro/vintage charm so that is my deal I guess.

I was walking to work(carefully mind you, trying to bounce as little as possible) and listening to Alkaline Trio when I realized *why* I really like that band. It is because of their large use of similies. I have always been a fan of similies. Ever since the third grade I think when I was introduced to this fabulous world. Here are a couple of my favorite Alkaline Trio similies:

Like the sound of sirens to a house on fire, you're saving me.

I like them. I also think that I should be able to kick or push anyone I want whenever I want in any situation that I am in. If you are annoying me or in my way or step on me, I should be able to have that luxury. It would make me a little happier in this world.

Last night was filled with cutting out toys and sewing stuff up. I watched a little of the Rudolph claymation special but that snowman in the beginning annoys me. What does he know anyways? I like the misfit toys, I have some of those myself and they do need love...

I made a new koala, she turned out just like I wanted her to and it made me smile.

Also, a little dog. These colors are so loud together and it rocks.



I named him July cause it is my favorite month and I think it would be a cool name.

I love gingham. It reminds me of July cause of picnics and stuff.

I hope your hump day is going well. It is for me cause it is kinda like Thursday cause I have Friday off. Yay.

Tonight I have only enough polyfil for one toy, then I figured I would make some pouches or something. Maybe wrap those presents I keep talking about. Have a great day!
